On 22 July, Young Front activist became familiar with the materials of the criminal case brought against him.

-My lawyer and I read the case materials, including various documents. There are only two violations found by the court. The rest are what the police think to be violations. I don’t agree with them. The lawyer prepared complaint. We note that the case was investigated rapidly for 15 days, though it was initiated in May. Why? This is another reason to complain. The case will be sent to the prosecutor’s office. If the second investigation is not needed, it will be submitted to a court. I don’t know when it will happen,- Uladzimir Jaromienak said to Radio Svaboda.

According to Uladzimir Jaromienak, an investigator forbade him to leave the town. The activist says the step is senseless, since under the supervision rules, he already cannot leave the town without permission of the police.

The Young Front activist Uladzimir Jaromienak was arrested in the mass disorders case in January 2011. He was sentenced to 3 years in prison. He served his term in a correctional colony near Vitebsk until his pardon in August 2011.

On March 15, 2013, the Minsk’s Court extended the police supervision over him.
