A Young Front’s activist Eduard Lobau was allowed a short meeting with his mother.

It is supposed to take place on 14 February, Radio Racyja reports.

According to Maryna Lobava, she found that out from her son, who called from the colony. The possibility of the meeting was previously threatened because of a prison report  made about Eduard Lobau.

“There is always a threat: if there is a report about a violation, then there may be some concequences. Thank god, the issue was resolved, so I am going for a short meeting on  February 14, which will be held through glass”, – she said.

Eduard Lobau is serving the sentence in a colony in Ivacevichy. He was sentenced to four years for alleged hooliganism. He was tried within the same case with the leader of Young Front Dzmitry Dashkevich, who was sentenced to two years.

Both activists were imprisoned despite their guilt was not proven in the court and it was clear from the witnesses’ testimonials that they fell victims to a provocation planned by special services.
